Bringing together actors from the world of science, industry and society, the conference aims to take stock of European achievements in science over the past 10 years. World-class scientists will debate with industrialists and political figures on key questions: How will we keep healthy? How are we going to live, learn, work and interact in the future? How will we produce and consume and how will we manage resources? Over the course of the two days, the role science, technology and innovation can play in societal well-being and its potential to stimulate growth, jobs and business development opportunities for Europe will be discussed.
